Wilfried Nancy insisted he was not afraid of losing his job, maintaining, “The team is extremely close to changing our fortunes,” in the wake of moving dangerously close to the chopping block with a heavy loss to the Ibrox side.

Nancy’s Persistent Belief
The coach highlights the fact the side can perform strongly for one half at a time. “The performance we had at stages was really, really, really high. That is a fact. I could not say that if it was untrue. But that’s why, when it comes to wins, I noted this is the same story. Which is why I said that we are nearly there to things turning around. Currently: the fine margins.”
“I saw plenty of positives that we did, once more. The issue now is consistency. My narrative would be different if I didn't believe it. That’s why I am a big believer we will manage to get back on track.”
Opposition Reaction Stance
Danny Röhl refused to contemplate a title charge even after what seemed like a statement victory. “One match at a time, and we can gradually build something here,” he said. “The confidence in the team is immense.”
